Gossip Day

Assalamualaikum wbt lovelies :)

An awesome yesterday ~ 

Eventho I didn't get enuff sleep so yeah, I was a lil bit spazzed out during the whole day. Yet, I still had a great time with my girlfriends. So, I planned to have some coffee before we start doing something else. So, we went to Gloria Jean's Coffees to re-energize my body. Thought of having something hot but with the hot weather and the cafe doesn't have proper place to have lunch so yeah I took away a cup of Creme Brulee and emm I didn't remember another one . :p 

We went to Mid Valley to do some shopping and yeah, we met Ana too !!! Setahun never met yawww ! Imagine how excited we were ! :D Hahaha the most hilarious thing was we didn't realize time passed by and kept gossiping about everything while at the cafe . So, everything turned out to be unplanned ! We basically wanted to purchase movie tickets but didn't do so and straightly having our lunch first . Ana craved for fast food so yeah, forget about Spaghetti and here we were ! :D

Then terus shopping lahhhhh and still, movie tickets were not yet to be purchased . We were immersed in all the stuff ! ==" Hahaha .. Well, I managed to buy a bag. Ila as well ! ^^ We climbed up to GSC and wanted to purchase the ticket for Fast Furious 6. As expected, the tickets were sold out. I didn't mind but Ila was so eager to watch the movie and Ana wanted to spend the time with watching movie. :( Sad for you, girls .

Finally, we chose white coffee and gossip !!! We talked lots of things until 6 and we went back home afterwards ! ^^ It was a great time. I missed the laughters :"( How we always spent our time together before and now everything is different. Anyway, Ana leads a great life now. There's a reason for everything to happen. :")

More candy bars ! ^^..

Online Books Hunting at MPH Online

Assalamualaikum wbt. 

This time around , I'll be here temporarily just to make a review about what I've just experienced.

To be honest, I'd never bought any books online. So, this is my first time. Actually, the main purpose to use mph online service is because of my lil bro's book was already out of stock when we tried to purchase it at another bookstore. Though we could make a special order at that particular bookstore, we chose to not do so.

We did go to the mph bookstore itself and check the book and there was none. So, we'd decided to try purchasing it online ! And mphonline even receives BB1M . I have 2 vouchers left with me now. I was hesitated at first to purchase it online but since it's to make the transaction even easier, so I did ! :D

I checked my brother's book via online and still there was none. So, I had no choice but to make a call to the customer service. I talked to the customer service and everything was settled at once when she gave me a special id for the book and I would have just to insert the id number and put it in my online cart.

Once I'd put all of my orders in my cart then I was asked to send an email to mph. I received a reply for the order confirmation. I made the order 2 days ago which was on 23rd April and receive another email on 25th April which told me the books are ready to be sent to my house. I love the way they keep me on track about  the status of these books. So, I wouldn't doubt when will the books to be sent out to my house without me setting myself ready with the actual money exchange.

So here they come. I received everything today ! ^^

I'll make sure to use mph's online service again next time !

Malam Anugerah Seni UKM 2013

Assalamualaikum wbt everyone ~ 

We meet again .. After for a long time .. So, this is me who loves to update whenever I have big events. So, last Sat I went for a dinner at UKM which needed me to dress In floral vintage. So, don't ask me how much I had spent for only my dress in order to attend the dinner ! >.<

Voguely I passed the stairs which needs me to control my nervousness while others are looking at me and my friends who have just arrived at the ball room. Awwww ! Haha. *excited* Since the event was based on 'Seni' so of course I watched lotsa performances from the student of UKM itself. God they are just so freaking talented ! From the singers, dancers and even the announcers ! Hmmm well yeahhh ~ Haha ! I guess, the annoucer's idol is Aznil Haji Nawawi. Kiki ~

Choir Group of KPTM Bangi

Assalamualaikum wbt.

“I’ve never heard that this college actually has a choir group” 

This is what I remember until now. It has been quite some times after I was so active with my drama activity in my school. So it was quite awkward to me to be on stage again. But I’m so honoured that I still have the chance to stand out.

At the first place, I didn’t decide to join until my friend, Aini which really loves to sing asked me to sing along. I was screwed. Haha. To be frank, I am not that good in singing. I am just so bad at it. I do remember that I learnt to sing for a really short time in school before. Ahh forget it. I love my English drama practise more than anything!

I am telling you .., even though I don’t like to sing but I love the voice of others when we sing together. We had been trained by AbangIssz and AbangZul which from UKM. We used just about 4 days to sing 3 songs in a row. They are indeed great trainers. We performed the song on HariKualiti KPTM Bangi witch gathers almost all the lecturers at the hall.

Keep Your Head Up, It's Me !

Assalamualaikum wbt.

            I am Nur Syamimi binti Abdul Majid and people usually call me Mimi. Some people love to use Syamimi to call me formally. I’m fine with these two names. I am now studying in Business Studies (Transportation) in Kolej Poly-Tech Mara Bangi which leads me to the business in transportation world. This is indeed an interesting course to me. Personally, I would prefer studying calculations subjects rather than learning the reading subjects.

            To speak about my personality, I always stand out with my perfectionist side. I know this personality can bring up positive and negative effects but I am born to be like this. Since I am now a grown up person so I am trying to minimize the level of perfectionist and think what’s good and what’s not. I got some lessons whenever I am asking myself to be patient and understand others’ thoughts. I might be wrong since nobody is completely perfect with excellent level of thinking and skills.

            Apparently, I am having this blog. So, I could easily tell that this is my only hobby that I can stick with. People usually use blog as their diaries and write whatever they have done for a day. To me, I use blog to tell what the interesting things that I have experienced so far.             I do have other hobbies. Bowling is my second option whenever I get bored with my laptop. I have been in love with bowling since I was 13 years old. I had once assigned as a bowling player but I didn't manage to continue. I thought that I could do something else that can give me more benefits instead of playing bowling.

            The subject IT is another subject which needs my reading and memorizing skill. I am trying my best to ace this subject and I am confident that I can do it. I believe in myself, InsyaAllah.

*big smile* Have you taken your meal? Are you currently starving? Hikhik .. Hmm this blog has remained unchanged since my last post about Eid Mubarak. So, how was your Eid-ul Adha going ? Must be so wonderful with all those Daging Rendang etc .. :)

And now, this is my latest update with a review about a Korean Restaurant !!! It's actually not a worrisome to go to Korean Restaurants nowadays since they are aware of Muslim people and provide Halal food. My friends and I did check about the restaurant's status and Dubu Dubu Seoul Food is indeed a Halal Korean Restaurant.

So these are the menus that we ordered that day ~ I'm telling you , all these 4 main servings have good portions and it's worth paying with that price ..

 One Set of Chicken Bulgogi (RM 17.90)

*These chicken pieces taste so good with the purple rice*

One set of Cheese Toppoki (RM 15.90)

 *Like seriously, I didn't expect for toppoki to have cheese with it. I ordered this and daebak ! Highly recommended menu ! You might expect that the amount of toppoki is more than the cheese, ayte ? But it has enough cheese and make me feel so full after that. *happy tummy*

One Set of  Dolshot Bibimpap (RM 16.90)

*It's normal for Korean food to have a lot of vegetables, ayte ~~ Haha to me, I hate food with vegetables eventho it's healthy . Hoho .. But to those that love vegetables , this is perfect !

One Set of Mee Udon Spicy Food (RM 15.90)

Here, my friend chose this serving. Since this was our first try in trying Korean food, we had completely no idea for this serving to have spicy taste. Thank god, she's an expert in eating spicy food and she loves this ! Lucky that I didn't order this or I would be a dead meat ! >.< 

Pajeon (Korean Pancake) with its special sauce ala carte (RM 10.50)

We add another side dishes for four of us. Pa-jeon taste is slightly like our Cucur Udang, I guess .. The difference is just it has its special sauce with sesame seeds in it. 

What about the 4 side dishes along with the servings ? The Kimchi tastes good. To me, I will have that one strong taste if the Kimchi is not well-made but the Kimchi is not that sour and it's good to go with the servings. The soup is also good with egg in it . Other two are fermented fruit (actually I'm not really sure with the name but it does taste like fermented fruit) and bean sprouts .

*Good to go, it has sweet taste*

We paid RM 98.35 including the service charge and Mineral Water (RM 2.50). While enjoying the food, we were being entertained with Super Junior's concert in Shanghai if I'm not mistaken.

I celebrated my 1st and 2nd Syawal along with my family in Johor . And we are actually supposed to be there since my grandpas and grannies are staying there . 

Since I've grown up , I don't feel so much fun in celebrating Eid . I just need to be thankful to Allah SWT for still giving me chances to experience Ramadhan Al-Mubarak and Syawal .. Alhamdulillah ..

How's everything guys ? After I've done with my drama review , I have no words to say at all . HAHA . Thanx to that drama . At least , I keep my blog updated . :) 

Since I'm currently in the middle of semester break , So I don't have much things to do . Instead of going out with my friends , I keep sitting in front of my laptop . As for now, laptop is my best friend .

Oh ! When it comes to 'best friend' . I just miss my little girl so much :( I miss you so much , Fateen ! You know , sometimes I'm hoping for us to meet accidentally like before. Remember ? We shouted and hugged each other ! And that was one of the moment that I thank Allah the most . Your presence cured my heart . It's incomplete if we couldn't meet our best friend right ? You really made my day ^^

And I keep tweeting because of the boringness. I plan a lot . But I do less . I keep dreaming of going to some fun places . But then , not all my friends are free to do this or that . And I end up sighing while thinking that I need to let go of the things that I plan .

And to readers , I would like seek for your help . If you happen to read this then please pray for my friends. They are currently having their hard times . A friend of mine .. She's having difficult time with her unwell mother . I don't have to give an explanation since everyone loves a person called mama . Pray for her .

And even a father . A person that we can't live without . Another friend of mine is having his difficult time too . I don't know why are these things happening to them . But , Allah swt always knows the best about everything . Be strong , my friends :) Everything happens for some reasons .

The Moon that Embraces the Sun - My own review

Assalamualaikum wbt .

Can you read the title above ? Can you see the picture above ? :D Well, I just feel like writing a short review about this drama . 

First of all , I would like to give points for this drama . It's 9/10 . Yeah , 9 points for this drama .

Actually , I didn't expect much for this drama . Even though, there is Kim Soo Hyun . Still, I don't really prefer a classical one . But , I did watch this . Because I want to see the way Kim Soo Hyun is when it comes to classic. :D

It's normal to have a boring story line since it's actually a classical drama . But , I was impressed by the exciting story line . I didn't expect that the drama will be this interesting . True , we did believe in shamanism  in the past. This is my first time watching a drama that tells the true past . 

With the handsome , young king . It's enough to make a girl's heart beats faster ! And the main conflict that is not too stressed out . So, there's no such thing for me to say that this drama is totally boring . There were sometimes that I almost fallen asleep due to the boringness . But , I'd become more curious about what will be next !

The reason why I didn't give 10 out 10 points for this drama is because the King is just like a crybaby . It's cute to see Kim Soo Hyun himself to cry . But , he's a King , tho . He shouldn't show his weak side as a King . And , another reason is the shamanism . Hikhik . Okay , this is just because I'm a scaredy-cat ! HAHA ! Don't be offended !

So, any other opinions ? Feel free to leave some comments . :)

and for the second try .. It was horrible , terrible ! You guys can easily tell everyone was badly want to have their faces in these pictures. HAHA . My face only can be seen in two pictures. But there was nothing to be sad about. It was really a good memory !

Wow wow wow . In just a few hours more . We are going to be in 2012 . So folks , I'm pretty sure that all of you are ready with million of hopes before reaching the new year , huh ? I wish that all your hopes will come true .

2011 taught me a lot of new things . I can say that , this year is full with new experiences.

I turned into 18 !!!
I love 18 . It's not like I can freely go to club etc . 18 means you are free to shout out your opinion.
You are becoming brave in adjusting your own life with other people . In short , you are not a crybaby anymore , huh ?! HAHA .

SPM ?
Yes . I felt damn damn damn disappointed with my result . -but it wasn't like there was no hope for me to live on my life. ahaks !- Then , I didn't get a chance to continue my study with the course that I chose before . Again , darn it --" Btw , I'm happy with what I'm studying now ! but still , I haven't decided about my future profession yet . Is it okay for me to go with TESL when I've done with this diploma ? Or is it much more better for me to go on with Transportation ? Mimiey Mimiey Mimiey , let's get one thing right straight !

Work ?
Yes , again ! Another new experience ! This is so so so cool , man ! I took part time job when I was waiting for my spm result . I knew new friends . I knew how to adapt with workers and customers . And the most interesting part when I knew how to get the jobs done. :)

Current Education ?
I'm currently taking UiTM course , Diploma in Business Study Transportation . And I'm studying in Part 2 ! I'm simply saying that this course is a bit fun even though there are a lot of cores subjects =="

Love ?
2011 is a year full of problems . And now , I know . Who might be the best for me , who might be not . I haven't found a true love . I'm still young , tho . I don't think that marriage , engagement or even couple are the most important things for now . I'll surely think about these later . btw , scandals are needed . TEEHEE . People love to think negatively about scandals. Scandals are just like close friends , people ! They bring joys , not sad stories . They bring fun , not problems . They bring blue clouds , not heavy rains .
